Certain actions on the Platform require blockchain transactions, including but not limited to account registration, email registration, loan applications, loan-related requests, and other smart contract interactions.
When users create an account, register an email address, submit a loan application, or interact with the Platform's smart contracts, blockchain network fees ("gas fees") may be required. These fees are paid directly to blockchain validators, miners, or network participants responsible for processing and securing the blockchain network.
Borrow Collateral Free does not refund blockchain gas fees. Such fees are consumed by the blockchain network as part of transaction execution and confirmation.
Payment of gas fees, transaction fees, network fees, application fees, registration fees, or any blockchain processing costs does not guarantee account creation, email registration, loan approval, loan issuance, eligibility determination, account verification, or any specific outcome.
Account registrations, email submissions, loan requests, and other blockchain interactions may be approved, rejected, delayed, canceled, remain pending, fail due to network conditions, fail due to smart contract execution, or otherwise not produce the intended result.
All blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed by the network. Users acknowledge and agree that blockchain transaction fees are final, non-refundable, and cannot be recovered regardless of whether an account is created, an email is registered, a loan application is approved, rejected, canceled, or remains pending.
By using the Platform, users accept full responsibility for reviewing transaction details, wallet confirmations, network fees, and smart contract interactions before submitting any blockchain transaction.
Users may interact with third-party services including wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, and block explorers. These services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Borrow Collateral Free does not sell user information.
Users are responsible for protecting their wallets, devices, passwords, seed phrases, and private keys. The Platform cannot recover lost private keys, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore access to compromised wallets.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
